I thought you might be curious to learn the outcome of our situation at the Troon North property. The Banks realtors kept insisting that the moisture (flood) evidence that you identified in the garage was not credible. We located the previous owners who confirmed that indeed such a flood had taken place, that a Wash had infiltrating the garage and East side of the Home. Thank you for saving us from a potential financial and literal sinkhole. We will be contacting you again once we identify another seemingly desirable home!
